Signing inEveryoneHow the email link and Google sign-in work, how long a session lasts, and how to sign in on another device.

MyREIO has no password. To sign in:

  1. Go to hub.myreio.com/sign-in and enter the email address on your account.
  2. Tap Send my link. A sign-in link usually arrives within a minute. Check spam if it doesn't.
  3. Open the link and you go straight to your dashboard.

The link works for 24 hours. We send at most one link every ten minutes, so if you asked twice, the first link is still the one to use. Your daily lead email always contains a sign-in link too.

You can also use Sign in with Google, if the Google address is the same one your subscription uses. Otherwise you'll see a message saying that Google account isn't on a MyREIO subscription.

A session lasts 24 hours from when the link was issued. After that you'll see "Your session expired" at the top of the page. Tap Sign in again. Anything that shows as empty at that point hasn't been deleted; it just couldn't be loaded.

To sign in on a second device, request a link on that device, or open your latest link or daily lead email there. Each browser keeps its own session.

If you're on a team, sign in with your own email, not the account holder's.

Installing MyREIO on your phoneEveryoneAdd MyREIO to your home screen from the /install page. There's no app store.

MyREIO installs straight from your browser. It opens full screen with its own icon. There's no app store and no download.

First, sign in on your phone so the app opens to your own account. Then go to hub.myreio.com/install. If you work in a trade, your trade's page links to its own install page (for example /install?v=roofing), which shows only your trade.

On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the page in Safari. iPhone only adds home-screen apps from Safari, so if you're in another browser, copy the link into Safari.
  2. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.

On Android:

  1. Tap Add to home screen on the page if it's offered.
  2. If not, open the browser menu at the top right and tap Install app or Add to Home screen.

On a computer, the page shows a QR code. Scan it with your phone, because MyREIO installs on a phone, not a desktop.

If the page says you're already running the installed app, you're done.

Choosing a plan and payingEveryonePlans, monthly versus annual billing, the state question, promotion codes and sales tax.

Every vertical has the same three plans. Starter is $149 a month for real estate, mortgage and title, and $99 a month for the contractor trades:

  • Starter: $149 a month on the real-estate side, billed $447 every 3 months; $99 a month for contractors. 1 seat.
  • Pro: $249 a month, 3 seats and 600 scored leads a month for the team. On the real-estate side it is billed $747 every 3 months. Extra seats are $49 a month each.
  • Enterprise: $2,499 a month, 100 seats. Enterprise is set up by talking to us rather than by card.

For real estate, plans also include ZIP codes: 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 100 on Enterprise.

Annual billing is twelve months for the price of ten ($1,490 for real-estate Starter, $990 for contractor Starter, $2,490 or $24,990 a year). Real estate and mortgage Starter and Pro have a 3-month minimum and are billed every 3 months, after the 14-day free trial. Contractor plans have no minimum term. Enterprise and White Label are billed monthly on a twelve-month term.

Checkout on MyREIO’s plan pages asks which state you work in. MyREIO isn't available in Alabama, Louisiana or Oklahoma yet, so we can't take a subscription there. If you choose one of those states you'll be told before payment, and nothing is charged.

If you picked ZIP codes and we haven't loaded the property records for one of them yet, checkout tells you which ZIP rather than selling you an empty farm.

Payment is taken on Stripe's secure checkout page. That page accepts promotion codes, so enter yours there. MyREIO doesn't charge sales tax on subscriptions.

After paying, you land on a welcome page. You sign in with a link sent to the email address you paid with.

Changing or canceling your planEveryoneUse Billing to change plan, and what 'cancel at the end of the period' means.

Open Billing & credits from the menu.

To change your plan, tap Manage plan & billing or Open billing portal. The billing portal is run by our payment provider, Stripe. There you can change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel. We don't sell extra seats or extra ZIP codes one at a time. If you need more, move up a plan.

To cancel, tap Cancel my subscription on the Billing page. You can tell us why if you like, but you don't have to. You can also cancel from the billing portal.

Canceling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing is cut off mid-month. Until that date everything keeps working, leads keep arriving, and nothing more is charged after it. The Billing page shows "Ending" with the date.

Changed your mind? Tap Keep my subscription before the end date.

For real-estate accounts, your ZIP codes are released when the subscription ends. Leads already delivered stay in your account until then.

Real estate and mortgage Starter and Pro have a 3-month minimum: they are billed every 3 months, and canceling stops the next 3 months from being charged. Contractor plans have no minimum term. Enterprise and White Label are billed monthly on a twelve-month term.

A payment failed, or you need to update your cardEveryoneWhat happens when a payment doesn't go through, and how to update your card.

If a payment doesn't go through, the Billing page shows: "Your last payment didn't go through."

Stripe, our payment provider, retries the charge automatically. You don't need to do anything for the retry to happen. Your account keeps working while it's resolved, and your territory isn't affected.

To update your card:

  1. Open Billing & credits.
  2. Tap Open billing portal.
  3. Update your payment method there. Your card details are held by Stripe, not by MyREIO.

If you have the Severe Weather Updates add-on and its payment fails, the morning storm alerts pause until the card is updated. The Storms page tells you when this has happened.

If a payment keeps failing and you're not sure why, contact support. See Getting help.

RefundsEveryoneWhere to find the refund policy.

Our refund terms are in the refund policy at myreio.com/refund-policy. There's also a link to it in the footer of every page in the app.

Please read the policy for what can be refunded and how. This article doesn't restate it, so the policy page is always the version that applies.

If you think you've been charged in error, or want to ask about a refund:

  1. Go to the Support page and choose Billing or plan.
  2. Tell us the date and amount of the charge.

Or email support@myreio.com.

You can see every past charge and download receipts from the billing portal (Billing & credits > Open billing portal).

Canceling a subscription stops future charges at the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account cancels the subscription straight away. Neither one is a refund by itself.

Deleting your accountEveryoneHow to delete your account, what is erased and what we must keep.

Only the account holder can delete the account. Team members can't.

  1. Open Settings. The footer link Delete my account goes straight to the right section.
  2. Type DELETE in the box.
  3. Tap Delete my account.

This happens straight away:

  • Your subscription is canceled today, not at the end of the period.
  • Your leads, lists, campaigns, content, jobs, listings and settings are erased.
  • Your sign-in stops working.

It can't be undone.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep: consent and call records, opt-outs, and purchase history. These are kept so we can show that calls and messages followed the rules, and so the money records are complete. They're no longer linked to your name.

If we can't confirm the cancellation with our payment provider, nothing is deleted and you'll be asked to try again. That way your data is never erased while your card is still being charged. If part of the data can't be removed right away, we'll tell you so. Your account is closed and support finishes the rest.

If you only want to stop paying, cancel from Billing instead. That keeps your account until the end of your paid period.

Adding people to your accountEveryoneSeats, roles, and what a team member can and can't do.

Seats come with your plan: 1 on Starter (you), 8 on Pro, 100 on Enterprise. The Team page shows how many you're using. We don't sell extra seats. More seats come with the next plan up.

To add someone:

  1. Open Team and enter their name and email.
  2. Choose a role. A Team member does the work. A Sales manager can also manage team members. Only the account holder can make someone a manager.
  3. Choose what they can send. You can send everything yourself, or let them send postcards, texts, emails or campaigns for you, charged to your account. Postcards can have a monthly budget.
  4. Tick the box to send them a sign-in link.

On Pro and Enterprise, trade accounts also choose Sales or Canvasser. A canvasser knocks doors, logs them and works jobs. A canvasser can't send postcards, texts, emails or campaigns, and can't use content tools.

Every team member can work leads and jobs, log doors, add call notes and make calls (the calling rules still apply). They can't manage billing, delete the account, remove leads, approve logged wins, or change the storm watch distance.

Everything a team member finds is saved to your account.

Your market area and ZIP codesReal estateHow ZIP codes work, and what is (and isn't) exclusive.

Your ZIP codes say where your leads come from. Your plan sets how many you can hold: 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 100 on Enterprise.

To choose them:

  1. Open Market Area.
  2. Pick ZIPs from the list near you.
  3. Tap Select.

We can only offer a ZIP where we've loaded the property file for every home, so a farm there won't come back empty. Extra ZIPs aren't sold one at a time. If you need more, move up a plan.

What is exclusive: a lead assigned to you is never given to another MyREIO customer. There's no shared pool and no queue. Once a property is delivered to you as a lead, it isn't delivered to anyone else.

What isn't exclusive: the ground itself. Another customer may work the same ZIP codes. That doesn't change which leads are yours.

When a subscription ends, its ZIP codes are released.

Leads: where they come from and how they're deliveredEveryoneLeads are built from every property's file and delivered each day.

Every lead starts from the property file: owner, mailing address, the home's details and its sale history, plus filings such as probate and lis pendens, and building permits, where we collect them.

For real-estate accounts:

  • Leads come from the ZIP codes you hold.
  • Each lead is scored from 0 to 100, and the card shows the reasons behind the score. A score is a way to rank homes, not a promise that anyone will sell.
  • New leads are delivered each morning, up to a daily rate and a monthly allowance set by your plan.
  • If you reach the monthly allowance, the remaining leads wait until next month rather than being dropped.
  • Your daily lead email includes a sign-in link, and your leads are on the dashboard and in My Leads.

For trade accounts:

  • There are no assigned leads. Every seat sees every property we cover that fits your trade, and the ZIPs you work rank first.

Every lead comes with a mailing address. Phone numbers need Calling access. See Calling a lead.

If leads stop arriving, use Support and choose Leads not arriving.

Calling a leadEveryoneCalling access, the confirmation, calling hours, the daily limit per number, and state rules.

To see phone numbers, set up Calling access first. Choose one: you hold your own Do Not Call registry access (SAN), you'll handle screening yourself, or not right now. MyREIO doesn't screen numbers for you.

When you tap Call, our server decides whether the call can be placed.

  1. Confirmation. If a number hasn't been screened clear in the last 31 days, you confirm you've screened it. A registry-listed number needs its own confirmation. Each confirmation lasts one hour, for that number only.
  2. Blocked numbers. A number on your do-not-contact list, or a known litigator number, can't be called.
  3. Calling hours. Both the home's state and the phone's area-code state apply, and the stricter one wins. The standard window is 8 am to 9 pm local. Florida is 8 am to 8 pm with no Sunday calls. Pennsylvania is 9 am to 7 pm with no Sunday calls.
  4. Daily limit. Where a state limits calls, we count them per number over a rolling 24 hours. Florida allows three.

Calls under Connecticut rules are paused for legal review. New Jersey calls are blocked for now.

If a call is refused, it isn't placed, and you're told why.

Texting: when it's allowedEveryoneTexting opens only after the homeowner's permission is recorded. Trades have a stricter rule.

A phone number isn't permission to text. MyREIO opens texting for a lead only when permission has been recorded.

Real estate:

  • When you add a contact, or log a lead at the door, tick the box confirming they agreed to receive texts from you.
  • That confirmation is your statement, not MyREIO's, and it's saved with its exact wording.

Trades:

  • Texting opens only after a logged conversation with the homeowner (Answered, or an appointment booked), plus your confirmation that they agreed.
  • A no answer, a voicemail or "not interested" never opens texting.
  • If you add the homeowner's number yourself, for example at the door, with the confirmation ticked, texting opens straight away.
  • Numbers from websites or other sources don't count as numbers you added.

For everyone:

  • The same state hours that apply to calls apply to texts. Texts under Connecticut rules are paused.
  • Team members can text only if the account holder has allowed it for their login.
  • Canvassers can't send texts at all.
  • The homeowner can reply STOP at any time.

Postcards and direct mailEveryoneSending a postcard, what it costs, mail credit, the printed proof, and uploading your own design.

Open Direct Mail to send a postcard to one lead or address.

  1. Choose who it goes to: pick a lead or type an address. If the owner gets their post somewhere else, you can choose where it goes.
  2. Choose a size: 4x6, 6x9 or 6x11.
  3. Write your message and choose a front design. Every postcard needs one.
  4. Tap Show the printed card to see the real printed proof before you pay.
  5. Tap Send this card.

Printing and first-class postage are included. The price per card depends on your plan:

  • Starter: $0.99 (4x6), $1.19 (6x9), $1.65 (6x11).
  • Pro: $0.95, $1.15, $1.59.
  • Enterprise: $0.89, $1.09, $1.49.

The page always shows the current price.

Postcards are paid from mail credit. Top up $25, $100 or $250 on the Billing page. Credit is held in dollars and never expires. It's taken before the card prints, and if the send fails it comes straight back.

Trades can tap Upload your own. We fit your artwork to the card, and you see the proof before paying. Public adjusters design their own cards, and your state's advertising rules apply.

Never contact: stopping contact with a homeownerEveryoneHow to put a homeowner on your own do-not-contact list.

If a homeowner asks you not to contact them, record it straight away. Federal rules expect you to keep your own internal do-not-call list and honor it.

There are two ways to do it:

  1. After a call, choose Asked not to be called as the call outcome.
  2. When checking a phone number, tap Never contact. You'll see "Added to your do-not-contact list."

Once a number is on your list:

  • The server refuses any call to it.
  • That includes the same number on any other lead in your account.
  • The lead shows as "do not contact" in My Leads.

Other customers' lists don't affect yours, and yours doesn't affect theirs.

If you added a number by mistake, open the number's check panel and tap Remove from my list.

The Calling access page explains what else the rules expect of you, including keeping anyone who asks not to be called on your list.

Storm warnings and the Severe Weather Updates add-onTradesSeeing storm warnings near your work, and adding the morning alert.

The Storms page lists storm warnings near your business address, your jobs and your ZIP codes. It's for roofing, restoration and public adjuster accounts, and there's also a Storms near you button on Jobs.

The list includes:

  • Weather-service warnings for high wind, tornadoes, hail, hurricanes and flooding. The weather service is checked every ten minutes.
  • FEMA disaster declarations.

Choose how far back to look. The account holder sets the watch distance, from 25 to 200 miles. If the feed hasn't been read recently, the page says the list is not current rather than showing "no storms".

A warning isn't damage. It means the weather service says danger is likely, not that any address was hit. Use it to decide which streets to work first. Never tell a homeowner their property was hit because of it.

Severe Weather Updates is an add-on: $50 a month or $500 a year, billed separately from your plan. It needs the Pro plan or above, and only the account holder can buy it. It turns these warnings into a morning alert, recorded for you in the app each day.

To buy it, open Storms and tap Add it. Checkout is by Stripe, and nothing is charged until you confirm. To cancel, go to Billing.

The walking map (canvassing)EveryoneUsing the walking map to work the doors around you and log each knock.

Open the walking map on your phone. It finds where you're standing and shows the homes around you, with the nearest in the list at the bottom. Pull the list up to see more.

Switch the view between Map, Street and Satellite. Street shows the house before you knock, where a street-level image exists.

Colors on the map:

  • Orange: your lead.
  • Green: went well.
  • Red: not interested.
  • Blue: knocked.
  • Tan: ask again.
  • Gray: not visited.

To log a door:

  1. Tap the home.
  2. Choose what happened.
  3. If you choose Lead, enter their name (required) and, if they gave them, a phone number, email and what they said.
  4. If they agreed at the door to receive texts, tick the box. That saves their permission with its exact wording.
  5. Tap Save.

If you've already logged that home, you'll be asked before a second knock is saved. Everything you log is saved to the account, including knocks by team members.

Jobs and the daily routeTradesAdd the jobs you're working, and MyREIO builds a door-knocking route around each one.

A job is an address you're working on a given day.

To add one:

  1. Open Jobs.
  2. Enter the job address with street, city, state and ZIP, or tap Use where I am standing.
  3. Pick the date and add a note, like a gate code.
  4. If you have a team, you can assign it to someone.
  5. Tap Add job.

Then open Today's route. For each job it lists the nearby homes worth a knock, nearest first. You can choose:

  • The day.
  • The distance from the job: a quarter mile up to 2 miles.
  • Stops per job: 10, 25 or 50.

Log each door as you go.

If a job shows no homes, you'll be offered three things: widen the distance in one tap, check the job's pin on the Jobs page, or knock without a list. If there's nothing within 2 miles, we may not hold property records there yet.

Roofing, restoration and public adjuster accounts also see Storms near you on the Jobs page.

Your crewTradesWho works your jobs: inviting crew members, crew codes, and joining or leaving a crew.

Crew is the list of people who work your jobs. Each crew member signs in with their own MyREIO login and sees the jobs you assign them on Jobs and Today's route.

To add someone to your crew:

  1. Easiest: give them their own login from Team. You choose what they can send, and everything they do is saved to your account.
  2. If they already have their own MyREIO account, open Crew and give them your crew code. They open Crew on their account and enter it under Join a crew.

You can make a new crew code at any time, and the old one stops working. You can also remove someone from your crew.

If you're on someone else's crew, your Jobs and Today's route show the work assigned to you, and the doors you log and leads you add are saved under your own login. You can be on one crew at a time. To leave, open Crew and tap Leave this crew.

Where the property data comes from, and how current it isEveryoneEvery property has a file, and each part of it updates on its own schedule.

MyREIO keeps a file on every property it covers: owner name, mailing address, the home's size and age, its assessed value, and its ownership and sales history. In some areas the file also carries building permits and recorded court filings such as probate and lis pendens.

How current it is depends on the kind of data. Each part of the file updates on its own schedule, and those schedules differ a lot:

  • Some sales and filings arrive within days.
  • Some property details refresh once a year, and in some states sales can arrive a year or more after closing.

We're launching in Florida, New Jersey and Maryland. Coverage within each state is still being added county by county. If we haven't loaded a ZIP code, checkout and Market Area say so rather than selling you an empty area.

Some things to know:

  • Estimated values and scores are estimates, not appraisals.
  • A filing is only attached to a home when the match is strong. Name-only matches aren't used to flag a home.
  • Phone numbers and emails are not part of the property file, and aren't screened for Do Not Call.

If something looks wrong, use Support and choose Lead quality or accuracy.

Your privacy and "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"EveryoneWhat we share for advertising, and how to stop it on the /do-not-sell page.

We don't sell your personal information for money, and we never have.

We do share some of it for advertising. When you visit our website, the pages you look at and an identifier for your browser are shared with Meta so we can measure our ads. California law counts that as sharing whether or not money changes hands.

To stop it, go to hub.myreio.com/do-not-sell. There's a link in the footer of every page. You don't need an account or an email address.

Turning it off:

  • Stops the advertising pixel loading on our website.
  • Clears the advertising identifier already stored in your browser.
  • Applies immediately.

It doesn't affect the cookies the site needs to work or to keep you signed in. It doesn't delete information we already hold. To ask for that, see our privacy policy at myreio.com/privacy.

Your choice is stored in this browser, so a different browser or device needs its own choice.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.

Getting helpEveryoneHow to contact support, and where to check for outages.

The quickest way to reach us is the Support page. It's the Help link in the footer of every page.

  1. Choose what it's about: leads not arriving, lead quality or accuracy, territory or ZIP claim, billing or plan, phone numbers or DNC, or something else.
  2. Add a one-line subject.
  3. Say how urgent it is.
  4. Describe what happened. Say what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when. Include the lead or ZIP code if one is involved.

If you're signed in, we attach your account automatically. If not, we'll ask for your email so we can reply. We read every ticket, and anything blocking your work gets looked at first. We reply by email.

You can also email support@myreio.com.

If something seems to be down for everyone, check hub.myreio.com/status. It checks the website, sign-in and the app's server, and the database and checkout each time you load it. We also check them every 10 minutes from outside, and a problem that affects everyone is posted there.
